ServiceM8 vs Turnover Check for Airbnb cleaning
ServiceM8 is built for trades: quotes, job cards and invoices. Airbnb turnovers run on bookings and a different checklist for every property. That is what Turnover Check is built for.

Questions
Can I use ServiceM8 for Airbnb cleaning?
You can, and many Australian cleaners start there. It is built for trades and field service: quotes, invoices, job cards and checklists. It has no native connection to Airbnb or STR booking systems, so turnovers are entered as jobs and the checklist for each property is set up by hand.
Can I keep ServiceM8 for invoicing?
Yes. Plenty of cleaning companies keep their accounting and invoicing tools and use Turnover Check to run the turnovers themselves.
