What Turno does well

  • Finding cleaners. The marketplace is the reason most hosts sign up, and it is free when you only use Marketplace cleaners.
  • Automatic scheduling. Cleanings follow bookings and update when a stay is extended or cancelled.
  • Photo proof. Hosts can require a photo before an item is ticked off.

Where it fits less well for cleaning companies

  • It is the host's account. The host sets up properties, checklists and pays the subscription. A cleaning company working for many hosts works inside each host's setup.
  • Checklists are written by hand. Each property's checklist is customized by the host. With dozens of properties, that is a lot of writing to set up and keep current.
