What changes on a changeover day
- 1
Checkouts arrive as cleans
From the PMS, with the next check-in time, so same-day turnovers are marked first.
- 2
Each cleaner gets the right list
The checklist for that property, built from its listing: the pool, the cot, the coffee machine, only where they exist.
- 3
You see it finish
Status moves from Dirty to Clean as tasks are ticked. Issues come with a photo. You mark it Checked.
New property, no setup
Taking on a new owner usually means a walk-through and a new checklist document. With Turnover Check the checklist is built from the listing on day one, and your team can add notes as they learn the property.

We already use a PMS. Does this replace it?
No. Your PMS keeps the bookings, guests and owners. Turnover Check takes the checkouts from it and runs the cleans. If your PMS has an open API, we connect to it.
Our cleaners are contractors, not staff. Does that matter?
No. Anyone you invite can open their jobs and tick off the checklist on their phone.
Can owners see the cleans?
Each clean has photo proof per task, which you can share with an owner when they ask how their property was left.
