Bigger homes need a checklist per property

A vacation home with a pool, grill and bunk room has dozens of tasks a city apartment does not. One generic checklist either misses them or lists things that are not there, and cleaners learn to skim. Turnover Check builds each property's checklist from its listing, so every home gets exactly its own list.

Questions

Is a vacation rental cleaning checklist different from an Airbnb one?

The cleaning is the same; the homes are often bigger. Vacation rentals tend to have more bedrooms, outdoor areas, pools and grills, so the checklist needs to follow the property, not a template.

How do I make a checklist for my own rental?

Use the free checklist generator. Pick the bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities and it builds the room-by-room list with linen counts.

How often should a vacation rental get a deep clean?

On top of every turnover, schedule deep cleans regularly and after long stays: inside appliances, behind furniture, windows, grout and upholstery.
